Lauren Andersen

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, has embarked on an incredible journey filled with love, compassion, and a zest for life. Currently residing in Aspen, CO, she has built a fulfilling existence centered around her family, her furry companion, and her passions.

Lauren's love for her two children, her devoted husband, and their beloved Greater Swiss Mountain Dog named Tugboat knows no bounds. They form the heart of her world, providing her with endless joy and inspiration.

During her college years, Lauren discovered her passion for both tennis and nursing. She excelled in Division 2 Tennis while pursuing her nursing degree. After graduating, she embraced her calling as an ER nurse, working tirelessly to save lives and provide care in various cities such as Chicago, Las Vegas, and Denver.

Fate brought Lauren to Aspen, where she met her husband, a firefighter in the valley. Lauren soon embraced the beautiful journey of motherhood, choosing to dedicate her time and energy to raising her family and put nursing aside. Every minute spent with her children has been treasured and cherished, allowing her to experience the boundless love that comes with being a full-time mom.

Now that her children have reached school age, Lauren has re-entered the workforce, eager to merge her newfound passion for pickleball with her professional life. Pickleball has become a transformative experience for her, improving her physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her dedication to the sport has yielded remarkable results, culminating in her recent gold medal victory at the U.S. Open for Pickleball in 5.0 Women's Doubles in Naples, Florida. Lauren has been actively participating in tournaments at the Pro and 5.0 levels since 2022, but her love for pickleball has been a part of her life for nearly a decade. She is also a PPR certified Pickleball Teaching Pro. Her life is a testament to the power of love, determination, and embracing passions, showcasing the incredible heights one can reach when driven by a genuine zest for life.
